Casa do Outeiro is a rustic property dating from 1823, completely refurbished and modernized in 2023 and updated in 2025 with an outdoor leisure area with a 5x3 meter swimming pool and a wood-burning stove for guests to use in the kitchen area.

It is about 9.9 km from Porto - Francisco Sá Carneiro airport, 8.8 km from the nearest beach and 6.2 km from the nearest hypermarket.

It is a walled property, completely independent, consisting of a villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with an ancestral fireplace and smokehouse, a dining room, a living room, an audiovisual room with a 2-seater sofa bed, a snooker room, a cobbled patio with a picnic table and grill and a threshing floor with a garden table.

You will find a fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine and dryer and an iron.

The bathrooms are equipped with electric towel rails and hairdryers.

With air conditioning in the bedrooms and dining room, it offers free internet access, with speeds of up to 1000 Mbps, via WiFi 6 or Rj45 sockets and USB chargers in every room.

It is equipped with two 55-inch and 65-inch flat screens with free access to the Eleven Sport, HBO Max and Amazon Prime channels.

A small village mini-market is 60 meters away, where you can buy small provisions and traditional products.

It is a completely independent space, ideal for enjoying a quiet vacation with the family.

Parties are forbidden on the property and it may only be occupied by the guests specified in the reservation, at the risk of penalty.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house, nor are pets, and the rules of good neighborliness must be respected, particularly with regard to silence during rest hours. It should also be noted that pedestrian access is via uneven cobbled paths.

Great property

Loved our stay. Remodel of original farmhouse very well done with preservation of some features. Felt like we were experiencing some of the Portuguese lifestyle.
