#### Poorly maintained property in great location

Property is a poor state: 1\. You should not rent out a property where the oven is taped up with duck tape to prevent use. 2\. The brickwork on the balcony is loose and not safe. 3\. The whole place needs a good clean Parking is not straightforward and access is difficult In summary though the location is very good, this is not enough

Right in the action, a comfortable pension on top of the beach and lots of restaurants. Can be a little noisey late at night on weekends.
