We stayed at the hotel in early September experiencing excellent service. Receptionist Lilian allowed us to park our car there before the check-in time so that we could spend most of the day exploring Oslo. She was so patient and showed us the best ways to get to a few places in the city. Other staff were also very helpful. Clean everywhere, including large and shared kitchen and bath rooms. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is next to a large playground in a very quiet residential area. Will stay there when coming to Oslo in the future.

"The hotel was going through a remodel by floors which was not mentioned when I made the reservation. Apparently they were working on the 4th Floor when they booked us into Room 370 although the couple we were traveling with were given a room on the 6th floor.
