"The accommodation was amazing - peaceful, luxurious, and comfortable. Our host, Laurene, was fantastic - a great and welcoming host, prepared breakfasts, gave us a wonderful winery tour and tasting, and lots of recommendations that made our time in St.Emilion "tres magnifique". Thanks for making our stay so special!"

"Very environmentally friendly lodging, in an extremely walkable part of St. Emelion. Nath's (owner) mother owns the restaurant across the street. She has some recommended bottles of wine in the room with prices very clearly labeled. It was great to have AC, and a mini fridge. Would highly recommend!"

"We had a great two nights stay .. Melanie is great , friendly and helpful ! Staying there is like at home, as you got that kind of family touch … room is spacious and clean , views throughout the vineyards are stunning! Learned that owner’s vineyards haven been rented to Saint Angelus, one of our favorite wines, and that backyards has indeed enhanced our feeling. "

Bonne adresse à retenir pour un prochain séjour."

"The building is spotless and very well appointed. The staff were generally very helpful but it would have been nice to know that the restaurant was fully booked when we made our booking and not when we asked for a reservation to be made. There was a very party having dinner. We were surprised that guests paying full price for a room were not able to get access to the restaurant for dinner as a result. We drove to St. Emilion and had dinner there at a very nice bistro recommended by the helpful hotel concierge.
The other thing that was odd was that, when we arrived and asked for a table at the all day brasserie at 2.45pm so we could have a late lunch we were shown to a couple of chairs with a low table - the sort you might have a drink at before dinner. We asked if we could be moved t a proper dining table (there were a number they were unoccupied) and told that this wasn’t possible by the friendly but inexperienced waitress. I went to see the people at the reception area and said we were baffled by this and they “had a word” and it was all resolved satisfactorily. No one else occupied the other free tables while we had lunch. This sort of mindless protocol simply isn’t appropriate for a five star hotel with prices to match. It’s alienating and silly. A low key American guest had a similar experience when he asked to sit at a table in the shade rather than in the (very hot) sunshine. He was refused. The table he requested remained entirely unoccupied throughout."
"A beautiful château on a Vineyard. Definitely an upscale venue. Staff are wonderful to deal with. You’re in the country surrounded by nature. It’s about 15 minutes or so to St. Emillion having a car is a good idea."
"We stayed in a building separate from the hotel in three large suites. The suites are quite large with three rooms and one with two bathrooms. There is a chess board in each suite. The view of vineyards and the quiet ambiance complements the memorable stay. The staff is very accommodating and the dinner at the hotel was fabulous. This is a 5 star hotel, but I would give it a 10 star experience. If you wish to create fond memories, this is the place to stay."
"Great location located within a 15-20 minute walk of Arkea Arena. I was in town recently for the Expedition 33 concert.
Easy access to A62 to Toulouse and located next to both an Auchan and restaurants. Free, on-site parking on premise.
I was greeted by Chaima, who was terrific; I was able to check in quickly, and check out is as easy as leaving the room key on the front desk. Laïc was equally as helpful, and has a great taste in music!
I traveled solo, but here are some things that you may want to know about:
1) there is no minifridge in the room.
2) You can order food at the hotel, there is a lot to do near the entrance.
3) The city center of Bordeaux is walkable from Greet Hotel, but it's a long walk. Make sure you carry a small umbrella as Bordeaux has interesting weather that changes throughout the day.
4) Breakfast is available for a small fee each morning.
Overall, I truly enjoyed my experience here for the concert and exploring the city for a few days. Highly recommend!"
"Petit déjeuner pris vers 9h avec les enfants, il y avait plus rien à disposition. La personne n'avait pas l'air pressé pour compléter le menu. On a attendu 30min pour manger avec des enfants en bas âge c'est trop long... En plus la compote était avariée et le bol de fromage blanc était sal tout autour. Une honte."
