Friendly staff, I even got a free upgrade! My room was very clean, b3d was very comfortable. The hotel is soundproof, you cannot hear the planes at all! Leonardo Hotel Vienna Hauptbahnhof
The room was extremely hot. The AC only works when outside temperatures raise above 26 degrees, but since the afternoon sun hits a side of the hotel, not even leaving the windows wide open would help to cool down the rooms on that side.

Room was as described a tadd small but we were out all day so all good, disappointed the roof bar was closed and that the breakfast even though good was vegetarian and the only thing you could buy off the bar food menu was pizza
