"Séjour très désagréable. La chambre ressemblait à un véritable igloo tellement il faisait froid. Impossible de retrouver une température normale, malgré plusieurs tentatives. Même le shampooing était glacé, c’est dire… Le lit était froid également, rendant la nuit extrêmement compliquée et inconfortable. Une expérience vraiment décevante."

Breakfast was very basic but adequate. Didn’t have dinner but looked like a busy popular restaurant. Made an excellent stopover."

"Chambre annulée sur place alors que payée. Très mauvais accueil. Surbooking pour atterrir à 2kms… un Mercure… attention de ne pas confondre Surbooking et Dol. Une fois arrivé au Mercure 4*… Télévision qui ne fonctionne pas, plus de place sur le parking à 20:30, pas de gel douche dans la SDB… pour un surclassement en 4 étoiles… c’est limite… très limite. Il faudrait penser à se poser les bonnes questions. Personnellement je ne me les pose plus concernant ces deux établissements ; a fuir, next....
