Hello, We offer a spacious and bright detached house, freshly renovated, of 120 m2, with enclosed and secure garden, south exposure, of 600 m2. Ideally located in Vielle Aure (3 min from St Lary-Soulan) in a quiet environment, the house is only 3 minutes from the cable car and 4 min from the cable car which lead to the ski slopes. The interior layout, completely redone, has been redesigned to allow sharing, conviviality and rest for everyone with family or friends. \-Ground floor: You have a beautiful dining room with a large picture window overlooking the garden, open onto a modern comfortable kitchen and the living room. 1 bathroom with walk-in shower 1 separate wc 1 room open to the dining room that can be used as a playroom for children. 1 garage with shoe dryers where you can store and dry your equipment etc ...
