### Family cottage with enclosed garden near Orleans

This accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Spacious, quiet and fenced house with a large garden, ideal for relaxing. Close to beautiful walks in the forest and along the canal. Communal pétanque and tennis courts 20 m away. Gîte located 1h30 from Paris, 45 min from Orléans, 25 min from Montargis, Gien and the Dampierre nuclear power plant.  
Many activities and visits in the surrounding area: the Château de Sully-sur-Loire (20 min away), the Belvédère des Caillettes, walks on La Belle de Grignon, an emblematic boat of the Canal d'Orléans...  
  
An ideal place for a peaceful getaway in the countryside, while remaining close to various activities. On the ground floor, a living/dining room, a separate kitchen, a bedroom with a 140x190 cm double bed, accessible by three steps, a bedroom with a 140x190 cm double bed, a shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs, a games area and office on the landing, a bedroom with two single beds, one 90x190 cm and the other 80x190 cm (bedroom window overlooking the landing and not the outside) and a bedroom with a 140x190 cm double bed.  
  
Large fenced garden.  
Private parking on the property (possibility to park four vehicles).  
  
Sheets provided and beds made on arrival, towels included and heating included.  
Optional end-of-stay cleaning fee at an additional cost of €45/stay. Supplement of €10/per animal/stay. The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
