The sauna was supposed to be warm until 10pm but was already room temp at 8pm (if ever switched on). Hallways and some parts of the hotel looked tired. "The Spa was amazing and not too many people were there. Breakfast had so many options to choose from and was delicious. "We had a lovely last minute booking and what a gem this place is! Overlooking the street, cosy and comfortable. Breakfast was ample, continental but traditional and plentiful! Staff were very helpful and accommodating.."
