Our cozy holiday apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and is the perfect base for exploring the Austrian Alps.   
  
This thoughtfully designed apartment features one bedroom with a double bed, another with a double bed and single bed, a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. The spacious, bright living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table, and a pull-out sofa for extra comfort. The kitchen is outfitted with an oven, dishwasher, and coffee machine, providing everything you need to prepare a delicious meal after a day of hiking, skiing, or biking.   
  
Step outside onto the generous west-facing terrace to relax and enjoy the stunning sunset with a glass of wine. Stay connected with reliable Wi-Fi throughout the apartment, and enjoy free on-site parking. Conveniently store your skis in the ski room, complete with boot heaters.
