Upon arrival the lobby was very loud. It was hard to hear the front desk staff. It was around 11 pm, long day of travel. I asked if there was a place to buy snacks, they said no, but they did offer water. No vending machine, no snacks bar. If you stay on the weekend. Expect noise from the street. And possibly the guest as well. There were people yelling on my floor at midnight. FYI
The property is a good location for Downtown Memphis. Nice rooms, clean, and had in room coffee. Over all, it is a good spot.
