Erwartungen wurden nicht erfüllt

Wir haben für 6 Nächte gebucht. Im Vorfeld mit dem Schlüsselverwalter einen Termin zur Übergabe ausgemacht und vereinbart das wir uns eine Stunde vor Ankunft per WhatsApp melden sollten was wir auch getan haben. Rückantwort haben wir jedoch keine erhalten. Am Objekt angekommen immer noch keine Antwort vom Keyholder. Telefonisch auch nicht erreichbar. Nach einer knappen halben Stunde dann endlich eine Antwort das er 20 min später da sei. Das war dann immerhin auch so. Aber somit fast 2 Stunden nach unserer Ankündigung per WA! Rundgang durchs Objekt sorgte schnell für Ernüchterung. Keine Heizung bei teils sehr kühlen Nächten. Die Bettdecken die man uns offeriert hat sahen sehr schäbig aus, und waren definitiv schon länger nicht mehr in der Waschmaschine! Auch die Kopfkissen hatten schon sehr starke „Gebrauchsspuren“ und hätten durchaus mal wieder eine Reinigung vertragen. Wir haben uns dann selbst neue Decken gekauft und diese dann während unseres Urlaubs verwendet. In der Küche die nächste Ernüchterung. In der Kaffeemaschine stand noch das Wasser von der Vorjahressaison, sah alles in allem sehr unappetitlich aus. Wir hatten zum Glück unsere eigene Kaffeemaschine dabei da wir leidenschaftliche Kaffeetrinker sind. Beim öffnen der Schränke nächste Ernüchterung. Im ganzen Haus nicht eine Kaffeetasse! Besteck und Teller alles sehr bunt zusammengewürfelt. Es fehlt an so einigem. Das Geschirr war dreckig und wurde von uns erst mal durch die Spülmaschine geschleust.
