A break... somewhere!

  • Come discover our charming little house (2-bedroom), ideally located in a secure private residence with a communal pool reserved for residents, as well as tennis and pétanque courts.

    The house features a private entrance leading to a lovely private terrace. A private parking space is included, along with plenty of visitor parking.

    About the property:
    Bedroom Area: 2 bedrooms: 1 double bed, closet, nightstands, and a reading nook in the upstairs bedroom.
    (Bedding provided)
    Kitchen Area: 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 1 kettle, 1 coffee maker, 1 refrigerator, and all necessary kitchen utensils as well as some condiments.
    Bathroom: 1 toilet, 1 shower, 1 washing machine, 1 hair dryer, and all essentials.

    Living/dining area: Air conditioning, Wi-Fi throughout the house, TV, extra sofa bed, table, and sideboard with dishes.
    Outdoor area – terrace: Table and chairs, lounge chairs, umbrella, and grill.

    All baby essentials will be provided for a fee of 5€/day.
    Cleaning fees included; tourist taxes to be determined based on the number of guests.
    Additional notes
    Upon arrival, a rental agreement is signed by both parties.

    The pool is shared with other residents and is open from June through September. Only swimming costumes are permitted; no swim shorts. It closes at 8:30 p.m.
