    "The parking information was TERRIBLE & the exit ticket didn't work twice; my husband was refused exit, walked all the way back to the hotel and was told "they couldn't do anything." He went back to the parking and expressed his frustration (loudly!) whereby the lady let him leave. We paid $105 for this "privilege" after one desk person told us he wouldn't charge us, but when we checked out the next person said we would be charged. I expected to be charged so that wasn't an issue, just a bit..."
