"The hotel is clean and the staff provided excellent staff. The rooms are small. I was asked to pay again even though i had paid online before checking in. I was disappointed. Now i have to go through the hassle of filling claims for reimbursement. Not happy. "

He confirmed from his GM and I was asked to wait for 30minutes to clean the room b4 checking-in. In 30mins time my room was done but when I entered the room, what I saw was disgusting.stained bed spread and dirty bathroom with fungai growth.
