Wonderful hotel - the warmth & helpfulness of staff throughout our stay was first class. Good size room that included a jacuzzi. Everything just worked well.

Lovely hotel in a great setting. Fabulous view of the lake. Great food and service

Had to make a quick booking for one night in Bariloche due to transport issues and chose this hotel at random. Was glad that I did, as lovely hotel within walking distance of the main shops and restaurants. Would choose again if I had to return

We absolutely loved our stay at this hostel. Staff were fantastic, really helpful, welcoming and approachable. Having simple breakfast included was also great. Room was spacious, lots of hanging space and the heated floor was fantastic! Common area is great space and nice place to chill out in the evening and kitchen is well equipped. There is a room to hand wash laundry. Our only feedback was that the bathmat was a bit stained but everything else was clean. We would without doubt stay here...

Great place to stay. Owner is super helpful and friendly and made to feel so welcome. We loved the cottage!

we had a wonderful stay. The staff was very friendly eventhough our Spanish is limited. The room had a good size, bed very comfy and all clean. The swimming pool was quite crowded though woth little kids. Breakfast buffet had everything you would expect in this kind of hotel. You‘ll need a car to get to the hotel. It‘s quite a stretch outside pf Bariloche center.

From start to finish I loved it 👍

Lovely rooms and a great pool and spa with awesome views. Hidden in the woods down a bumpy road this is a great place to chill. We stayed another night because we enjoyed the peace.

A fantastic hotel with very welcoming staff. The location is isolated if travelling by public transport, but the views are spectacular and there are some nice hikes nearby. A good breakfast was included and in the restaurant in the evening we enjoyed the very reasonably priced delicious empanadas! We had a great room overlooking the lake.

Everything was so perfect. Loved this hotel SO much.

The room is big and has a good view of the lake and mountains. The daily cleaning is not good, not wash the cups. The hotel has no facial tissue, no coffee cups, only paper cups and no slippers. The complimentary water will be given only on the first day, no matter how many days you have stayed. The bath tub got stuck, water couldn’t flow down. Even though the technician came to fix it every day. The breakfast is good but there are not many varieties of food.
