It was a nice location with a wonderful view of the water. Property was clean. I would say this would not be a good stay for a person with mobility issues as you have to walk down some narrow steps to get to the suite. I think two of the bedrooms are adequate for sleeping (king rooms), but the queen bedroom we only used for storage (it was a bit dark and stuffy in there).
