This spacious one-bedroom with King Bed and secure parking has been thoughtfully curated with specialty items such as; a Tempurpedic mattress, cervical pillows, zero gravity massage recliner, a spa-inspired bathroom, a Chef's kitchen, heated pool, hot tub, outdoor lounge, and gym.



    Our well-appointed suite is specialized with furnishings that offer ultimate custom comfort. You will wake up feeling refreshed and revitalized as we have carefully curated furniture that is focused on wellness. You are guaranteed to sleep soundly on our Tempurpedic King bed mattress with an adjustable frame and have choice of 3 different cervical pillows to fit your personal needs! Enjoy the amenities; outdoor pool, hot tub and gym!



    Our bright and cheerful, south/west facing living room features a sleep sofa that is great for two additional guests. Relax in the comfort of our zero gravity recliner with soothing air massage and heat. The Chef's style kitchen features top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a gas range stove. The breakfast bar has stools to enjoy a morning coffee with local beans that are freshly roasted for your arrival. The private balcony has incredible views of the Empress Hotel and Parliament Buildings, which are a site to see when lit up at night! The suite door entrance looks upon the tranquil courtyard oasis and is one of the most lovely features of the condo building, as there is running water, greenery and thoughtful landscaping.

    Special notes about our high-quality mattress:

    - it’s a king fully-adjustable sleep system.

    - the Tempur-Pedic mattresses are different in density on either side, allowing for flexibility of guests' needs. One slightly firmer and the other softer. Both mattresses have pressure-relieving and motion-cancelling qualities.

    - the adjustability of the bed allows guests further comfort/flexibility by elevating their heads or feet for more neutral sleeping positions.

    HOTEL RULES:



    REGISTRATION - To comply with the Hotel Guest Registration Act all guests must complete an online guest registration form prior to checkin.



    PARKING - Vehicles must be parked in the designated parking space only and must not be on or crossing the lines at the side of the space, or protruding into the driveway area. The maximum dimensions for any vehicle allowed in the parking garage are: Height 6 feet 8 inches; Length 17 feet; Width 8 feet 6 inches. If you are not sure of your designated parking spot, please contact your hotel host. All other parking spaces are reserved and any improperly parked or oversized vehicles are subject to being towed.



    NO SMOKING - There is to be no smoking, vaping or burning incense in the unit, on the balcony, or anywhere else in the complex (inside or out). There will be a $400 cleaning charge deducted from the security deposit for anyone violating this rule.



    NO PARTIES - There are to be no parties. To avoid parties the guests' names are to be provided at the time of booking and only these booked guests are allowed on the property, unless a written exception is granted by the host. The booked guests are not permitted to invite their friends or others onto the property without this written permission.



    QUIET TIME - You are required to be quiet and not make excessive noises between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.



    BUILDING SECURITY - Do not allow anyone you don't know to follow you into the building or parking garage. All strangers must have their own key fob to enter. Security cameras are used in the common areas of the property. These cameras are used for safety and security, to verify guest count, and to enforce the rules (no smoking, no unauthorized parties or events, place trash in the garbage room only, etc). Your privacy is fully respected, and no cameras are placed in your unit.



    BE TIDY - Do not litter or create a mess in the lobby, hallways, elevators or other common areas. Trash is to be placed in the garbage room in the containers provided.



    BE NICE - You must not disturb or harass the permanent residents or other guests in the complex and you must be courteous and respectful to them at all times. Foul language and aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated.



    BUILDING RULES - The building management is very particular and the building complex rules are strictly enforced. You must obey all of these rules, including the pool rules, and all Strata Bylaws of the complex, or you could be subject to a $200 fine and/or the immediate termination of your rights to be in the building.



    YOU ARE A GUEST – You are not a tenant or resident; you are a guest. Guests are not permitted to move furniture, bicycles or similar large items into or out of the unit. The hotel staff are not excluded from possession and may enter to clean, inspect and repair the premises, or to ensure compliance with the rules. The legal right to stay in the unit terminates immediately if any rules have been violated.



    Interaction with Guests:

    We are local hosts available to provide guest support. Our office is available for communication from 9:00 am - 7:00 pm daily. Please be aware that any communication delivered after this time will not be received until the following morning. Rest assured, all messages will be promptly answered within business hours.
