My kids really enjoyed the use of the pool. The downsides were that there was only one key fob for the unit and it was needed to access the elevator, lobby, pool, etc. it limited our ability to split up or come and go at different times. The key to the unit was located in a lockbox a block or so away and we had to wake a homeless person and ask them to move, which was very uncomfortable. There was also no communication ahead of our stay that the freezer did not work, that caused us to waste some food that we had bought, and we probably would have not booked had we known that. ##### Michelle J. Great access to downtown Victoria and the harbour. It had all the amenities we needed for 4 people and it was clean. The condo is nicely laid out with some separation between the bedroom and the murphy bed in the living room. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool was a lovely bonus on a sunny afternoon.
