They display a sign that says quiet time is 9 pm yet the music from the bar pounded until 1 am. Sound proofing is terrible the people walking above sounded like they were coming through the ceiling.
I had done a pre check in and had requested ground floor yet they put us on third so they did arrange to change us. As I was mid check in the staff member informed me she was going off shift and someone else would look after me. So another staff member came and we had to start all over again even though I had checked in online.
When I asked about an outside door close to our room the staff member said she didn’t know if the door was marked from the outside to tell me which door to enter. There were several exit doors from the hallway and I just wanted to know which would be closest to our room.
Room was ok room was clean only stayed one night will not return.

So wonderful to have a shuttle from the ferry and to the airport the next day. Also complimentary breakfast. Very nice staff as well as accommodating.

The hotel was perfectly fine. The pub next door had good food and a friendly bartender, BUT was not clean, our waitress was rude and we saw a mouse running around in the restaurant.

I liked the proximity to the airport.
I was sorry the pool and the restaurant were closed, and I found our bedroom to be dreary. Overall most of the decorating was dismal, not conducive to high spirits. I may come again. Ann Stewart

The property was clean and convenient. The room and bed was comfortable and the bath products very nice. The doors are not very sound proof so we could everyone coming down the hallway and people using the bathroom at night but otherwise I would recommend it for a quick stop near the airport

Excellent for airport transportation. We stayed to catch an early morning flight and the 4am shuttle was efficient and on time. Didn’t get to experience the breakfast, but it was offered and the staff were great.

Used hotel to take advantage off the airport shuttle service as we had to be up at 3a.m. (Thanks for wake up call) Catching the first shuttle offered at 4a.m. Hotel room very comfortable and staff very friendly.
