Your Private Space
You get a quiet, north-facing bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed and blackout curtains for a great night's sleep. The kitchen and living room come fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals, plus a large smart TV for relaxing. For extra ease, a washer and dryer sit right outside your door, and a private parking spot is available if you bring a car.

The Neighborhood
You are just a short walk away from groceries, a pharmacy, local liquor stores, and amazing restaurants. James Bay is a safe and peaceful oasis with a wonderful mix of old heritage homes, cute wartime cottages, and unique modern builds. I have lived in my home for over 46 years, and I love helping guests discover the best spots in town.

Outdoors and Exploring
You do not even need a car here. Fisherman's Wharf sits just down the street, and Beacon Hill Park is right up the hill. A bike lane runs directly in front of the house, connecting you to great trails like the Galloping Goose. The waterfront is a quick 10-minute walk away where you can look for whales, seals, and otters. It is also a fantastic neighborhood for walking your dog, and our backyard is completely fenced so your pet can play safely.

Seasonal Fun and Weather
Victoria boasts the warmest winter weather in Canada, and spring arrives early here in February. You can play pickleball all winter long in Beacon Hill Park or enjoy local winter festivals and holiday lights downtown. If you want to stay active, the Victoria Athletic Club is close by for swimming and workouts.
