Beautiful views, quiet space

We have a fully self contained one bedroom suite over the garage, boasting gorgeous city and mountain views. This space accommodates 2 people as there is one bedroom with a queen sized bed. The suite offers a full kitchen, spacious living room with full cable, Netflix and Prime as well, washer and dryer, dishwasher, bath and shower, and air conditioning, as well as on site parking. Beautiful views to the Sooke hills, this suite sits up high and is full of light. Private, yet close to all amenities such as shopping, bus route, the Galloping Goose trail, and Elk and Beaver lakes. Great hiking spots within a 5 minute drive or relax on the private patio and enjoy the sunshine.

Wonderful stay

My wife and I had a wonderful stay in this guest suite. The suite has lots of natural light, plenty of room for the two of us and is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. It was a nice and comfy place to retreat to and rest after busy days enjoying Victoria and Vancouver Island.

Exceeded expectations - hosts Nancy and Gil were friendly and thoughtful, the property is comfortable, clean, and bright with stunning views, we had everything we needed and then some. Enjoyed the back patio and walks around nearby parks. The information booklet led us to some excellent dining and walks/hikes we didn’t know about during previous trips to Victoria. Cozy stay in

The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. It was truly a private location, we slept like logs while we were there. Driving around the area was no problem, it’s very close to downtown and to cafes in the area. The outdoor patio was amazing. Gil and Nancy were so responsive and considerate of us during our stay. Victoria home base

The suite had all of the amenities needed. The hosts were helpful and gracious (available if needed, but not intrusive). We enjoyed it like a home away from home and the location is great as it is centrally located (good as we wanted to explore different areas). Highly recommend.
