We are a family of 4 working professionals that live upstairs. You will hear footsteps upstairs but we are very respectful when we have guests.

**NO PARTIES or Other Guests allowed
There is a beautiful view of the valley and sunrise from the patio and living room. At night you can see glimpses of the lights from downtown Victoria. There is also a propane fire table and an outdoor couch for the use of suite guests.

Kitchen**
Coffee Bar - Includes Drip Coffee maker, Keurig Coffee Machine, small manual espresso maker, tea kettle and pot. Keurig coffee pods, black and flavoured tea, hot chocolate, white sugar, splenda, stivia, French Vanilla creamer, coffee filters

Full sized fridge, oven and dishwasher.

Dish soap, laundry soap, paper towels, dish clothes and tea towels.

Dishes - Large and small plates, bowls, coffee mugs, wine glasses, drinking glasses, serving dishes, plastic dishware for children. Pots, pans and large/small bowls and utensils.

Bathroom**
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste and brushes, spare women's products, hair dryer, bath towels, hand towels and face clothes.

Bedroom**
2 luxury robes for hot tub. Disposable bathroom slippers, spare linens in closet and blankets and sheets on master bed.

Laundry**
Full sized washer and dryer. Laundry soap is included.

Outdoor**
Fire pit, lounge chair, table and 2 chairs, hot tub with bluetooth speakers, fountain and lights. View of mountains and valley.

Electric bikes**
We have 2 electric bikes that can be rented. $150 per day for both. Sizes are for 1 man and 1 woman. Also have 2 child seats that can be put on the back.

A lovely place to stay for oneself and relax, felt like a treat! The hot tub was perfect and really nice- the bathrobes, slippers and gift chocolates made it feel like a little resort! I hope to visit again.

We really had a wonderful time on Vancouver island and this was a perfect home base for our visit. It was so nice and clean with a full kitchen. Quiet spot for coffee in the morning outside and the hot tub to soak in after a day exploring. About 30 minutes from Victoria it was nice to be away in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to get to the city.

This place was absolutely lovely. The host was great to communicate with, she thought of all the little details. Very well stocked, very clean, comfortable and cozy with private hot tub. I had my own parking and private walkway to the unit. I will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend.

We loved the property, a nice comfortable king size bed, great kitchen with lots of supplies, bathroom with lots of towels and all the necessities provide. Communication with host was easy. Nice patio area, it was a great place to relax after visiting with family.

The guest suite seems brand new. There are outdoor stairs that luggage must be carried down and an extremely narrow carport (we parked behind it) but otherwise the entrance was seamless. Access to Victoria was easy. We appreciate getting to stay here.

We regretfully only stayed one night! What a beautiful spot to call home tho. Yes the parking spot is tight but there is parking in the keyhole culdesac it is located in - where a larger vehicle could have parked. Walking up to the door we were impressed and then we walked in and it is such a beautiful and welcoming suite. Everything & anything is there for you, it truly is like walking into home. Book now and you won't be disappointed.

Lovely facilities. Cute and very accommodating. The full kitchen and washer/dryer were exceptional options, as well as the private little patio. Unfortunately, the furniture was very uncomfortable and there is no sound barrier between the upper floor. Children lived above, which could be disturbing to some.

We spent 3 nights in this beautiful apartment on the side of a mountain. The place is brand new! Everything is new. Great outdoor space with a spectacular view. The location is about 20-35 minutes to downtown Victoria depending on traffic and time of day. We didn’t mind the drive to stay in such a great place. Tanya was great to deal with , kept us informed and responded to any requests very quickly. Highly recommend this place!

We spent five nights in September at this well appointed new suite with a wonderful outdoor space and many thoughtful touches and comfortable bed. It was a great central location for exploring the region and it's many features. Close to the Esquimalt Lagoon/Colwood waterfront (not to be missed!), the Royal Roads University and Hatley Castle with it's beautiful gardens and the Jordie Lunn Bike Park just to name a few. Driving to downtown Victoria was also straight forward. You do need to navigate some stairs to get into the suite. Would book again!

Orca Place is a very charming, quiet, comfortable and new little apartment with every thing thought of. It is about a 15-20 min drive in to downtown Victoria so was a great retreat away from all the tourists and bustle of the inner harbor. Little touches like fresh ground coffee and a fresh fruit basket made us relax and feel welcomed. The unit faces southeast so it is bright and cheery in the morning (perfect for the daily Vit D hit) and the little outdoor space was private and perfect for the first cup! Loved the king bed and the air conditioning. Tanya was very respectful and responsive. We will definitely stay here again the next time visit the Island!
