This was a gorgeous hotel with rich history, well maintained, great location to walk downtown and great entertainment in the evening in the main foyer and bar. Rooms were spacious and clean.

This is the coolest hotel we have ever stayed at! They own the entire block with quick access to multiple eateries and games as well as easy access to the alley where there are restaurants, a winery, etc. You get a free churro during happy hour and tokens for drinks. There is an enormous amount of seating for reading and relaxation. I will absolutely stay here again if I ever return to Denver!

The location and historic nature of the hotel are highlights. Walking distance to both Coors Field and Ball Arena. Also, immediately adjacent to Union Station for train and bus travel.
My main complaint would be the relatively tired condition of the guest room we stayed in. For the price I would expect a much fresher room in terms of paint, carpet, bathroom, operable windows, etc.
Overall, would love to stay again, but request a refreshed room.
