"It felt like a mini hotel straight from Las Vegas. The rooms were very nice and very high end. The hotel was very well kept and food was top notch! A gem in Memphis for sure. Even if you aren’t a die hard Elvis fan, it’s just a nice hotel!"

"We will NEVER stay here again. No “welcome” or eye contact from front desk during check in and no smile. Smell was awful, smokers and loud talkers standing outside our door late at night. I woke in the middle of the night thinking we were having a storm outside. Turns out it was the EXTREMELY loud and rattling air conditioner. Breakfast was bad and toaster took forever so we left. Way over priced for dirty place! The only positive is that we weren’t sleeping outside and we had a door between us and the outside."

"The property is clean and the rooms are clean. The staff is eager to please you and the breakfast is decent. "

"The "free" breakfast was a joke. Everything was prepackaged except for the waffles and the staff was not refilling anything. The ice machine on the bottom floor was empty. When we returned to our room at the end of the day, it was not cleaned, no new towels, the trash was not emptied, the bed was not maid up. When I told the man at the front desk he said they send text to ask about room cleaning but we both check our text for that day and we did NOT get any such text. We will never stay at a Quality Inn again,"

"The check in process was quick. They did try to ask for a $50 deposit after I already booked and paid with hotels.com. We were excited they had a pool but it was more like a duck pond literally with a duck in it."

"Visited from May 7-9, 2026. Only two complaints and we were on the 4th floor, workers or someone left dirt on hallway carpet and carpet was not vacuumed from time we got there till time we left. No, I forgot to mention it to hotel front desk or cleaning staff but you couldn’t miss it. Lastly, room did not smell fresh although clean. We sprayed freshner by air when it came on and that helped for the stay. It’s understood that air and/or heat does not run 24 hours per day when room is not occupied. So I recommend taking air freshner or Lysol spray to brighten stale odor in room. Otherwise, I’d stay again and again and again. Compliments: staff that I encountered, very friendly and courteous and helpful. Breakfast, good!!! Hit the spot each morning and plentiful!!! Area: very busy with lots of restaurants of all kinds, shopping, even Dollar Tree/Walmart!!! Close to highway and every now and then, you’d hear the airplanes flying over but never bothered my sleep."
