When I checked into my room (309), I thought I was back in the 80's. The carpet was worn out and had major wear and tear. The hotel rooms needs remodeling to be brought up to date. I immediately sprayed down the floor, my bed, the pillows and around the bed with Walgreens bed bug spray. The first night went well, the second night not so well. I didn't think I needed to spray each night, however I was wrong. I got bite by bed bugs. I showed the front desk a picture of my sheets with the bed bug snd the blood stain it left. Sadly the front desk staff wasn't surprised to hear about bed bug issues. They moved me to a different room (320). My cousin was staying in (316) but didn't have any issues. In the second room (320) when I was leaving I noticed something on a picture frame. I snapped a picture of it and zoomed in. It was some type of dead bug inside the frame. I also brought this to their attention. I also showed them a picture of it. When checking out they were supposed to credit me for the night of the bed bug incident, instead, they discounted 20% without discussing it with me first. I informed them they should have discussed that with me and that my whole stay should have been comped. I had to threatened to dispute it with my bank. After the front desk staff saw my face she called the supervisor and told her that my face was red and that is when they comped me for the whole day. I will never stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

Well… I stay in this hotel to see how they operate I was disappointed when I get to my room simply because the air con is not blowing cold air I need a maintenance same as the small fridge need a maintenance and cleaning it’s dirty the stuff is awful don’t great customers it’s a waste of money I’m not staying there anymore the room has a awful smell when you come in it’s like a sour smell and cigarettes smell to it the casino in the cashiers has awful attitude the casino need help that bad that the first time I went to casino that the temperature was like your in the desert to hot the air conditions probably is not working and most of the machines is not functioning I will never coming back to that place

We have always liked the cleanliness and quality of their rooms. Somewhat disappointed in service at the restaurant onsite. Long wait on taking orders. The staff was friendly but the restaurant appeared to be understaffed.

expedia messaging the staff at the casino was very kind and helpful and nice. when i got there, the guy at the front desk was wonderful. didn’t know i’d have to pay a deposit but i guess thats on me lol of course there’d be one. the room was sooo fantastic for how cheap it was, i couldn’t believe. so cute with the decor and cleanliness. very nice furniture, not cheap made. definitely worth my stay :) only complaint is the shampoo/conditioner made my hair dry, so i recommend bringing your own

The rooms were smoke-free, nicely air-conditioned, a good size and clean. The entry to the hotel and casino was poor. If you are at all sensitive to smoke this may not be the place for you. It has a nice river view, loads of parking close by. It served our purpose of a place to crash, close to I-20 ,for a good price.

The lighting in the room/bath was awful! No light around the coffee pot. Very poor lighting in bath mirror with no options. The TV options ALL came up “channel scrambled” “ busy” “unavailable “ only option was pay (news junky here). Pluses was no smoking, staff, and nice bed.

The only reason to complain is not enough to drink! Was on floor for evening, all night and next morning- nothing was brought to or asked for drink order. Saw a little stand and got two little Pepsi’s but partner doesn’t like Pepsi. Got offered a Mimosa after checking out and time to leave… that sucked leaving with a roll of benjamins and thirsty still!
