Our garden unit studio is in the ground level of the main house so if you need more space - the main house can capacitate more guests. Guests have their own private access and a private little courtyard in addition to the large grounds that is shared by our guests from this unit and our main house. We are at the top of Fort Hill and neighbor the National Military Park. You have amazing views of the river, miles into the Delta and Fort Hill. We’ll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Do not stay here. First of all, this place the entire house is a rental, plus the studio. This place is in a not so nice part of the city. When we arrived the driveway was supposed to be clear to the studio area. Two trucks blocked the driveway. There were several men drinking on the deck at the back of the house that didn't appear to be the friendliest to us. The studio is on the secluded downstairs (basement) part of the house, there is no view from this studio. The host left the key in the door for our entry (strange by itself) we never saw the host. Even though we had already known we weren't going to stay at this God forsaken place we went inside out of curiosity. The place smelled of moldy, musky skunkish scent. We left immediately after that, notifying the host of these issues. We went to a chain hotel, and not disappointed in that. When we asked the host for refund, there was no response. When I asked VRBO for assistance, all they said was the host refused. It may have cost me few hundred dollars, but if this place is never rented again, it would be too soon.
