Idéalement situé au centre, à proximité des thermes, cet appartement peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à deux personnes. Le linge de maison, notamment les serviettes, les draps et les torchons, est fourni. L'appartement climatisé a été entièrement rénové : climatisation, toiture, façade, fenêtres, isolation avec 3 isolant, réseaux , sols, cuisine, SDB, WC. Le mobilier est neuf et l'appartement dispose d'une chambre, d'un coin salon, une cuisine équipée avec des équipements de marque, une salle de bains avec douche en pierre naturelle, WC indépendant, TV écran plat, Wifi haut débit et machine Nespresso. La résidence est proche de toutes les attractions de la ville : centre ville , plan d'eau, marché, commerces. Situé au 2eme étage de la résidence. Lit double en 140x200\. Le linge de maison est fourni (serviettes, draps et torchons). Parfait pour un séjour en cure ou un séjour long sur Vichy. Arrivée autonome possible. L'appartement est exclusivement réservé aux voyageurs. Pour assurer votre tranquillité, l'arrivée se fait de manière autonome. Ainsi, vous avez la liberté d'accéder à l'appartement à partir de 16h00\. De même, vous pouvez quitter les lieux à votre convenance avant 11h le jour de votre départ. Sie liegt in direkter Nähe zum Fluss Allier mit seinen weitläufigen Parkanlagen und der schön angelegten Uferpromenade. Das Stadtzentrum mit Kurpark und allen Sehenswürdigen erreicht man problemlos in 5 - 8 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter per Mail verläuft perfekt. Die Informationen zur An- und Abreise kommen automatisch und frühzeitig. Fragen werden sofort beantwortet.
