Our email went to spam and we missed the reservation but Alfonso was so gracious to still cook us dinner with only a few hours notice. That said, the hotel is in a fantastic location, and the staff was amazing, so welcoming and kind throughout our stay. Despite the minor room issues, we truly enjoyed our visit and would definitely consider staying here again."
