The villa features three bedrooms, all equipped with duvets and pillows for your comfort. On the ground floor, there is a first bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, ideal for restful nights. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms complete the sleeping area: one with a 140 cm double bed, and another designed for children or friends, featuring two single bunk beds as well as a 140 cm double bed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. The bright and functional living area includes a living room with TV and a fully equipped kitchen, designed for an independent stay. The kitchen features a fridge with freezer, an oven, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a large dining table, and all the necessary kitchen utensils. A veranda extends the living space and includes an outdoor dining table, perfect for meals in a sheltered area. Outside, you will enjoy a large private garden, furnished with sun loungers and a gas barbecue, ideal for relaxing and sharing convivial meals under the Mediterranean sun. For added convenience, the villa includes a garage equipped with a washing machine and bicycles available for your use. Parking is available directly in front of the house, with space for up to two vehicles, and free public parking is also available nearby. The beach is within walking distance, as well as the main shopping street, allowing you to enjoy your stay without needing to use the car. 👉 The RIBOLEYS team will welcome you personally at the villa to hand over the keys and will remain available throughout your stay. 👉 Upon arrival, the RIBOLEYS concierge provides a welcome kit, including dish towels and microfiber cloths, a new sponge, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, and bath mats, so you can settle in comfortably from the moment you arrive. 👉 A baby kit (high chair and travel cot) can be rented as an optional extra for €10 per stay, ideal for traveling light with a young child. An ideal villa for relaxing holidays, where everything is within walking distance, combining beach access, shops, comfort, and outdoor spaces. \## Access The accommodation has 1 parking space in front of the house. \## Interaction Vias offers visitors 5 km of fine sandy beaches, traditional markets with a warm atmosphere and unspoilt natural areas to explore via pleasant discovery trails, ideal for holidays in Occitanie. This typical Occitan village nestled in a remarkable natural area is a modern and dynamic seaside resort. Vias is an ideal destination for a family holiday. The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities such as: a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a stroll along the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of wandering through the streets of Vias on the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark, or renting bikes and cycling along part of the famous Canal du Midi or the Mediterranean coastline. The various beaches of Vias are easily accessible via cycle paths (2.5 km) or directly from on-site car parks. A wide range of water sports are available on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing, paddle boarding, kitesurfing, wakeboarding and sea kayaking. The residence is quiet and family-friendly. \## Transit By train: Vias railway station is located 1 kilometre from the historic centre of Vias. For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias. By plane: Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport allows you to fly to Vias. This airport is located 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias. By bus: The Hérault Transport company connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department. \## Notes During July and August, accommodation is only available for rent from Sunday to Sunday. A security deposit of €300 will be required upon arrival. Guests must bring their own bed linen and towels. Bed linen and towel kits can be booked for €10 per person. A baby kit (high chair and travel cot) can be rented as an optional extra for €10 per stay, ideal for traveling light with a young child. Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional. However, if you wish, we can do it for you for a flat fee of €120 including VAT. Cleaning is mandatory in July and August. Payment for cleaning is due on site if not included in the booking. Groups of young people are not accepted.
