It has two bedrooms: one with a 160 cm double bed, the other with a 140 cm double bed, a 140 cm sofa bed and a single bunk bed, ideal for families or stays with friends. Make the most of its large, shaded wooden terrace and 96m2 private garden. The communal swimming pool is open from 1 June to 30 September. Just 400 m from La Farinette beach and the lively shops of Vias Plage, this is the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. \## Access The flat includes 1 private parking space at the entrance to the residence, closed by an electric gate. \## Interaction Vias offers visitors 5 km of fine sandy beach, traditional markets with a warm atmosphere and unspoilt natural areas to discover on pleasant discovery tours, ideal for holidays in Occitanie. This typical Occitan village nestling in a remarkable natural area is a modern and dynamic seaside resort. Vias is an ideal destination for a family holiday. The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities, including a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a trip on the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of strolling through the streets of Vias on the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark or hiring a bike and cycling along part of the famous Canal du Midi or along the Mediterranean coastline. By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport. The airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre. By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department. \## Notes During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rent from Saturday to Saturday.
