This charming 65 m² holiday home, located in a quiet and secure residence, is perfect for a stay with family or friends, just a few minutes from the beaches of Vias.

On the ground floor, you'll find a bright living area with a sofa bed (140x200 cm), a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine...), a bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200 cm).

Upstairs, a second bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm) comfortably accommodates additional guests.

Outside, a spacious 60 m² garden-terrace awaits, fully equipped with a barbecue, outdoor shower, sun loungers, parasol, and dining table – perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean lifestyle.

Dominique, the owner, will personally welcome you and will be your main contact throughout your stay.
