## Space
This spacious, fully air-conditioned one-bedroom plus studio is located on the first floor (no lift) of the Les Sables d'Or residence. It enjoys a prime location just 50 metres from the beach and the Mediterranean Sea, as well as the residence’s communal swimming pool (open in season).

Fully equipped, it is ideal for a comfortable and relaxing stay with family or friends.

The living area features a sofa bed (140 x 190 cm), a television, a dining table and a functional kitchen fully equipped for preparing your meals. You’ll find a filter coffee machine, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave and a washing machine.

A sleeping area, separated by a curtain, is fitted with two additional beds in the form of single bunk beds.

The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin and a hairdryer. The toilet is separate for added comfort.

The accommodation is entirely on one level once inside the flat. It is equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning to ensure you have a pleasant stay whatever the season.

A baby kit (travel cot and high chair) can be hired as an optional extra at a rate of €10 per stay.

Outside, you can enjoy a pleasant balcony furnished with garden furniture and an electric griddle, offering a view of the residence’s car park.

The communal swimming pool is open during the summer months. The residence also offers communal areas including a charcoal barbecue and a pétanque court.

Ideally located, the property is just 100 metres from the shopping street, with its shops, restaurants and entertainment. Here, everything is within walking distance, for a simple, hassle-free holiday.

👉 The RIBOLEYS team will meet you directly at the property to hand over the keys and will remain available throughout your stay.

👉 Upon your arrival, the RIBOLEYS team will provide you with a welcome kit, including tea towels and microfibre cloths, a new sponge, dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, bin bags and bath mats, so you can settle in comfortably as soon as you arrive.

The property has a private, numbered parking space in the heart of the residential complex.

The town of Vias is sure to win you over with a host of activities such as: a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a stroll along the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of wandering through the streets of Vias by the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark, or hiring bikes to cycle along a section of the famous Canal du Midi or the Mediterranean coastline.
Access to Vias’s various beaches is very easy via cycle paths (2.5 km) or directly via on-site car parks. A wide range of water sports are available at the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing, paddleboarding, kitesurfing, wakeboarding and sea kayaking... The accommodation is situated close to a wide range of restaurants, bars and other shops.

The flat is located in a private, secure residential complex. It is fully enclosed. The complex is quiet and family-friendly.

## Transit
By train: Vias railway station is 1 kilometre from the historic centre of Vias. For those preferring to arrive via Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV services. This station is just 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: Béziers Cap d’Agde Airport allows you to fly to Vias. This airport is located 5 kilometres from Vias town centre.
By bus: The Hérault Transport company connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault region.

## Notes
During July and August, the accommodation is only available to rent from Sunday to Sunday.
A security deposit of €300 will be required on arrival.
Guests must bring their own bed linen and towels.
Bed linen and towel sets can be booked for €10 per person.
A baby kit (high chair and travel cot) can be hired as an optional extra for €10 per stay, ideal for travelling light with a young child.
Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you wish, we can carry it out for you for a flat fee of €60 (including VAT).
End-of-stay cleaning is compulsory in July and August.
Payment for the cleaning service is to be made on site if not included in the booking.
Groups of young people are not accepted.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
