This home provided a great base for us to take day trips in Småland and Skåne as well as enjoy the countryside. The house is spacious and we especially appreciated the upstairs sitting area so smaller groups could congregate. We hiked around the area and used the boat and bikes."

"Overall a very good stay! Olof answered with booking details quickly and when arriving Birgitta gave us a warm and informative welcome. Such a nice person! This place is relaxing but also fun for the kids. Boat, canoe, fishing, football and aslo table tennis and playing pool in the barn. A very nice stay and well recomended from us!"

Die Kommunikation war immer sehr lieb und der persönliche Kontakt bei der Übergabe herzlich. "If you're looking for a quiet stay in beautiful surroundings this is the place for you. We loved the location and the newly built sauna. The main house is a little dated but still comfortable and cozy. The house closer to the lake housing a cozy lounge room and sauna is absolutely lovely and the outdoor shower a real treat. There is a very nice bathroom with a shower cubicle but we found the outdoor shower so nice that we used it more often. About 15 mins drive away you find Eksjö - a beatiful...

"Wir waren eine Woche da und konnten aufgrund der Lage alle "relevanten" Punkte zu Astrid Lindgren anfahren. Das Haus ist schön und auch an kühlen verregneten Tagen mit dem Kachelofen sehr gemütlich. Die Terrasse lädt an lauschigen Abenden zum Lesen und Entspannen ein. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was gebraucht wird. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war problemlos, freundlich und jederzeit möglich. Der ansässige Markt bietet alles für den täglichen Bedarf, die Candybar lies die Kinderaugen groß...

"The unit was as shown in the pictures in a very beautiful rural location. It was a convenient 10 minute ride into Savsjo, if you needed anything. The owner was very attentive and easy to work with. There is a challenge with the water (a dry spring season led to low level in the well during our stay) that currently eliminates use of the jetted tub and could lead to other limitations. Suggest discussing with the owner ahead of time."

"The hotel is a bit dated and run down. Stayed in summer and the rooms get very warm (no air conditioning). Alot of the time the reception staff where nowhere to be seen if you had an enquiry. Unfortunately your options are limited in where you can stay in Vetlanda. If you stay in Växjö then do this, much better hotels for less. money. Even had graffiti in the room. "

"This is the third time staying here in 6/7 years. Clean, comfortable, basic but just what you need. We visit family close-by so its perfect. Right by the shops and walking streets, opposite the train-station (never hear the trains and its not a high speed mainline). They serve a awesome breakfast and excellent coffee. Love this hotel !"
