"The night desk staff was very helpful and nice, we had to leave super early and the breakfast was already set up which was a bonus. Our only issue was the bathroom in our room had only a sink, no countertop, and the sink looked like it could pull away from the wall at any second."

"Our bathroom and entry floors were filthy! Crumbs and little black hairs everywhere!! The top of the bathroom counter backsplash had dirt all over it, which can only happen if it hadn’t been cleaned in months. For the price we paid this was unacceptable. Such a bummer because it’s a really nice hotel and we can’t even get a clean bathroom."

"A clean, comfortable, well maintained guest house. It is conveniently located on the North side of Kearney. It is very quiet, and has ample parking. The beds are extremely comfortable. The host, Ryan, provides free wifi and cable television. I would highly recommend this location."
