Communication was very clear and quick. Bad points. The utensils were incomplete and dirty marks. Liquid wash was finished. "We asked to see the room before check-in. The bedsheets were wrinkled and stained, we had foreign hair on the pillows and on the mattresses were strange black dots. The windows and the covers were fully stained with dead squashed insects, overall cleanliness was below any critic. Does not meet the standards of a hotel, although the price is there. We paid the rooms in advance but after seeing this biohazard situation, we left and went home , it was after check in time with no possibility to...

"Very nice hotel, close to the camp next to danubius hotel. Hotel has room where to save bikes. Biking is common around Balaton. Outside pool and wellness also perfect. Dinning was perfect, breakfast and dinner were perfect, I can recommend. More smiles from staff ;)"

"Elendigt sted! Står til at være åbent fra midt april, men det er altså kun gældende for overnatning. ALT andet er lukket! Ingen mulighed for at spise eller svømme på stedet. Et kæmpe skuffelse!!! Extrem larm fra krager hele døgnet. Ligner mest en kirkegård. Jeg vil ikke anbefale stedet til nogen!"

"It is a well kept property. We loved the longer shoreline. It is very busy but still I did not feel super crowded. Lots of activities are offered for families. Food is great. Suggestion: beach towels. We had to carry our bathroom towels to the beach. The price of the accomodation is quite high. Minimally, the water at the dinner table should be free."
