  • This is a tastefully decorated holiday home, located in Verviers Ardennes, High Fens. the house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate 9 persons. The Atmosphere is complete with fireplace and sauna, making it perfect for a family holiday.

    This home is perfect for a ski holiday with a number of ski lifts in the radius of 25 km away. You can also enjoy a dip in the public swimming pool 500 m and indoor pool 2 km away or enjoy a game of tennis 2 km away or golf 3 km away. You can venture out into the town centre 1 km away, restaurants 2 km away and general supplies store 2 km away.

    The home comes with a large room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely seating area. The garden has a patio with barbecue and has a majestic view over the hills of Liege. The children will love the playground equipment and the climbing trees. This area offers lots of sights and activities.

Drei Nächte hier fühlten sich genau richtig für uns an. Fanden ausreichend Platz für unsere Gruppe von neun Personen, besonders genossen wir den Blick auf den Garten über die Hügel! Der Grillplatz war an warmen Tagen sehr nützlich. Nahe der Stadt, aber nachts immer noch ruhig genug.

Viel Platz erleichterte es uns, uns zu entspannen und wieder mit Freunden in Kontakt zu treten. Die Kinder hatten Spaß daran, Bäume zu erklimmen während wir draußen auf der Terrasse grillten. Es fühlte sich an als wären wir wirklich weit weg von allem ohne zu weit entfernt von Bequemlichkeiten zu sein.

Ook eenvoudige toegang tot lokale winkels, wat heel praktisch was tijdens ons verblijf. Gewoon wat we nodig hadden om 's nachts te ontspannen na het skiën.

Mooie locatie wel gedatteerd voor het goede een nieuwe inventaris en zeker de bakpannen, wat uit eerder gebleken riviews niet naar voren komt is het geluid van de ambulances van het kortbij gelegen ziekenhuis zeer confronterend en hinderlijk. De oprijlaan is wel een uitdaging zeer slecht begaanbaar en een paar ligbedjes zouden geen overbodige luxe zijn.

Prachtig huisje, alles is voorzien om er een heerlijke vakantie van te maken. Je bent op 5min van het (winkel)centrum van Verviers, maar door het uitzicht op de weides voelt het alsof je midden in de natuur bent. Het is een prachtige streek om te wandelen, met ook de Hoge Venen op een boogscheut. Als wandelen niet meteen je ding is, zijn er nog voldoende andere activiteiten in en rond Verviers.

Sehr schönes Haus, im Großen und Ganzen sehr zufrieden, ein paar Dinge, die verbessert werden könnten: Heizen im Winter war schwierig, da das Haus sehr offen ist, Schlafzimmer oben heizten sich sehr auf, während es im Wohnzimmer kühl blieb, selbst wenn man sich im Wohnzimmer unterhält, ist dies durch die Türen zu hören, was schwieriger ist, wenn schon Leute schlafen, sonst war alles in Ordnung, sehr gutes Haus für den Preis!

Wir hatten große Hoffnungen auf dieses Haus, weil es die Auszeichnung 2023 hatte. Aber das war für uns sehr enttäuschend. Das Haus selbst hat seinen Charme. Aber die Einrichtung muss dringend ersetzt werden! Die Matratzen waren sehr schlecht, die Bettdecken etwas bequem. Bänke, die wirklich unmöglich zu machen sind, ja für meine Teenager, die lümmeln. Der Boden im Wohnzimmer bewegt sich, wenn jemand geht. In den ersten Tagen fühlte ich mich schwindelig... Spinnen in den Kleiderschränken. Spinnennetze gibt es in so einem Haus immer noch, aber in den Schränken sind sie nicht nötig! Das Gras im Garten ist sehr hoch, daher konnten wir es nicht benutzen. Die Gegend ist sehr schön, sehr hügelig.

De ontvangst door fam. Lodomez is prima, het is handig als je de vertaal-appbij de hand hebt. Het huis is lekker ruim, vier verdiepingen en buiten een heerlijke tuin met terras, al een aantal keer buiten gegeten, je moet wel twee trappen af met de spullen, maar met elkaar is dat ook goed te doen. Rustige omgeving, je hoort af en toe de weg en een vliegtuig, maar dat is niet zo erg. Wij vinden dit huis een aanrader.
