You will enjoy a flowered garden, a wellness area, private access, parking, a heated pool (in season), and a terrace. The house is comfortable and fully equipped. It is ideally located in the Médoc Natural Park, between the estuary ports and the ocean, in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood: \- 30 minutes from the ocean beaches (Montalivet, Plage des Pins) \- 20 minutes from Lake Hourtin and its leisure center (water sports, hiking, cycling, horse riding) \- 10 minutes from the estuary ports, Saint-Estèphe, and Pauillac \- 1 hour from Bordeaux, 1 hour from the bay, and 45 minutes from Verdon-sur-Mer In the center of Vertheuil, one of the most beautiful villages of the Médoc, you will find a café-restaurant with a terrace in the park of the 12th-century Abbey, a grocery store (oysters available on weekends), a bakery, a takeaway pizzeria, an eco-museum, and many wine châteaux.
