420 King studio. New Fall 2023..... The Doobie Den

Located between the two "TT's" off Hwy 5 is The Cleavage . This property is a "Shouse" (shop/house) with multiple guests accommodations, each unique. This one is called "The Doobie Den". It is an adults only, 21 and older, studio rental with a cannabis theme. This roomie rental has a king bed, private bath with a nice size shower, full size fridge, microwave, Kuerig coffee machine , table/chairs, and nice flatscreen with plenty of viewing options. There is a shared covered patio out front of the building. This property has a great location, right off the highway and just two miles straight to a free access public boat ramp for the Lake Of The Ozarks. We are also within six miles of two amazing off road parks, the Loops 1&2 and Ozarks International Speedway, amongst so many other outdoor activities. Tons of parking for guests pulling trailers. The Doobie Den is the first of the project to be completed and ready to receive guests...........Fall of 2023
** Although there may be welcome treats gifted, this is a NON-Smoking room and guests may only smoke outdoors ** Edibles welcome everywhere .....wink wink
