Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Rooms available....Not accurate!!!

I paid in full and in advance. Received email stating reservation was "guaranteed and confirmed." I arrived and found out they had been fully booked for 10 days. Customer service had the nerve to say that I would be refunded as a "one time courtesy." I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Anyway, still waiting for the refund.
