Your home away from home is a wonderful, clean, NEWLY RENOVATED and completely furnished, air-conditioned and heated, 1 bedroom, 1.25 bath condo. EVERYTHING you need is here so pack easy. You are just steps away (about 50 yards) from your front door to the unspoiled, natural, clean beach. \------- This lovely, 1st floor, corner unit is immaculate, comfy, and so close to everything, yet very private! It is well stocked and tastefully decorated. From your spacious lanai you have a beautiful, unobstructed open view of the golf course, palm trees, and beautifully landscaped property! BONUS: The hall closes off completely providing a private dressing area featuring a large vanity and sink separate from the bathroom. \------- For your convenience, your washer and dryer are right in your condo and there's no need to bring your hairdryer, iron, beach towels, umbrella, cooler or tennis rackets. We provide it all for you. My husband will even allow you the use of his well-used golf clubs if you don’t mind a little age and wear. Otherwise, the golf club pavilion is conveniently located just outside the unit where you can rent clubs for a small fee. The City of Ft Pierce boasts a beautifully restored downtown, with the Historic Sunrise Theater as the jewel of the town. The unit was everything that we had hoped for. The best part is the location of this unit within the Ocean Village campus which is quite large. This unit provides a short, easy walk to the beach, golf, restaurant, Tikki bar and pools. Angie responded very quickly when we had a question and we appreciated that great service from our host. The condo is in a nice location with easy access to the pool, clubhouse and beach. The complex is very quiet and relaxing. The unit was clean and the kitchen had all we needed to cook several of our meals. The A/C worked great! The owners were very responsive to a few questions we had and easy to get ahold of when we had a small issue with the front security upon check in because their computers were down. We enjoyed the beach chairs and floats and there were plenty of toys etc in the storage closet as well. The beach wasn’t ever crowded when we were there. The Ocean Village complex is clean and safe and easy to get around. The condo was just a few steps from the ocean which was what we wanted to be close to. Dining on site was delicious and friendly. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed and more. The hosts had beach toys and chairs as well as tennis rackets for us to use. The host were easy to get a hold of for a few questions and made our stay even more at ease. I would highly recommend this suite for your stay. Let's talk beach, a VERY short walk directly across the parking lot. there are beach towels, a complete storage unit of chairs, umbrellas, floating toys, tennis rackets, golf clubs.. if I didn't mention your need, reach out to them and ask if they have it, VERY quick to respond to questions. My friend and I loved this place. The inside is very clean and beautifully decorated. The bed and pullout love seat were very comfortable (nice touch with those toppers). Anything we needed as far as cookware, plates, glasses, silverware, etc. were all available. The pool and hot tub was a reasonable walking distance, and both were clean and refreshing. Même quelques ingrédients de base. Pour coucher 5 personnes c’est parfait, par contre pour les repas, un banc supplémentaire serait bien. Beaucoup d’activités sur le site et à l’extérieur.
