Plus, you are just a few minute drive from the beach! There is a huge heated pool and spa with fountains and colored LED lights + a fire pit area overlooking the pool at night. And you are so close to the water that you get the great tropical breezes, no matter what time of year! It is just a few minute walk to downtown and the river, or a few minute drive to the beach, which is just over the causeway on the island. On top of the amazing location, you will enjoy over 2300 square feet of living space with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, a large screened porch by the pool, and an enclosed front porch too. The house has a split floor plan for the bedrooms with two separate living rooms and each side of the house even has its own central air conditioning system with separate controls. There are lots of outdoor spaces with the screened-in room off of the pool, a screened porch at the front entrance, and a private zen garden on the side yard. There are two sets of french doors that lead out to the screened-in room with a comfortable seating area as well as a ping pong table! The porch leads out to the pool and fire pit area with a gas grill. The large pool/spa patio area is an additional 1300 square feet of outdoor enjoyment space! Brand new to us in June 2016 as our weekend retreat, we are offering to share our paradise with others interested in having a great vacation. All three bedrooms are outfitted with luxurious Stearns & Foster pillow top mattresses and Egyptian cotton sheets. The master and the first guest rooms have large wooden king beds and the second guest room has a Tommy Bahama style queen size bed. The front living room also has a full-size sleeper in the sofa with a memory foam mattress. The rear living room has a 55" LED Smart TV, the master has a 40" LED Smart TV, and the guest rooms have 32" LED TVs. There is also high speed Wifi access that works great in the whole house as well as outside, and can be used for streaming. The kitchen enjoys newer cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large pantry. Please note that there are three steps to get up to the pool deck from the screened porch. The pool is absolutely amazing -- with fountains and LED lights that even change colors at night - the best star-gazing environment!! During the day, there is a baja deck for sunning in the water with two sets of stairs into the pool. If you prefer shade, there are trees that provide a lot of natural shade during the summer afternoons in the spa/pool. And there are pool floats, fun noodles, and pool toys. There is an attached garage that is great for keeping your car clean and keeping you dry. There's even room enough for storage of bikes, kayaks, etc. We recently bought the house for our own getaway, and have furnished it for tropical luxury and enjoyment. The house has a really inviting and fun feel to it! You can park your car in the driveway for the weekend or a week, and walk to the grocery store and to over 20 restaurants and restaurants nearby! From the best gourmet restaurants in town, 11 Maple and Pineapple Jack's, to fun casual affair like Mulligan's on the Beach to fun with an outdoor band and seafood at Crawdaddy's -- all within steps. There are also two spas you can walk to and plenty of shops! And you can go for a walk along the intracoastal and even over the bridge in the mornings for great views and come home to pick coconuts from your own palm trees in the front yard. Boat ramps, boat rentals, kayak rentals are also just around the corner as well as the US Sailing Center which so many of my guests have enjoyed for family day. The beautiful Hutchinson Island beaches are just over the bridge, about 3 minutes, and there are lifeguards and plenty of activities for everyone. Beach chairs, cooler and umbrella come equipped with the house. There are plenty of other stores, restaurants, and the mall in Jensen Beach that are only a 5 minute drive from the house. The house is also convenient to Pineapple Park which is just a few miles straight down Jensen Beach Boulevard. Perfect for families or even couples looking to share a vacation home in paradise -- plenty of space for everyone. And no worries - just bring your toothbrush, bathing suit, and flip flops! THE HOUSE IS PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED BETWEEN GUESTS, AND HAVE ADDED CDC GUIDELINES INCLUDING DISINFECTING ALL ITEMS COMMONLY TOUCHED BY GUESTS (DOOR KNOBS, KITCHEN HANDLES, REMOTE CONTROLS, ETC.). We stayed for 11 days and loved every minute! The backyard is amazing. We all loved the pool and hot tub. Our little dogs loved hanging out with us and felt safe because they were fenced in. We travel with kids so I always look for houses that appear kid friendly (verses white everything and glass breakables) and this house was just perfect! Publix was close for all our grocery needs and the house had any non food (and some food essentials) to make the trip a breeze! Perfect place to enjoy a relaxed week. Not so fussy that we had to constantly stay on the girls, but nice enough to really enjoy our time together. Great pool and close to the beach. Steps away from the downtown area which was perfect for our 17 and 20 yo kids as they are not able to drive the rental car. Private pool and hot tub were used daily. Great house that’s walking distance to downtown Jensen, as well as Publix and Dunkin Donuts. House has great private backyard with pool and hot tub. We spent most of our time back there with our dogs. It’s completely fenced in so we were able to BBQ and enjoy our meals there without having to worry about the dogs.Inside has more than enough room for multiple families to spend time together or separate. There was an issue with the Spa (needed a replacement part) and this took a few days to rectify but the owner was very active in resolving this issue as quickly as possible. The inside is so pretty and feels loved. The owners provided everything you could possibly want or need. They have done an amazing job on their backyard oasis and we enjoyed every moment we could out there..morning,noon and night. Another wonderful feature of the home is its proximity to restaurants and bars within walking distance. In addition, a Publix is right across from the neighborhood. It was large enough for everyone. One of our kids was able to get leave from US NAVY and join us, and our other 3 kids would “ pop” in from Massachusetts. Our dog loved that she could vacation with us! The home had many amenities and the back yard was AWESOME! We had an issue with the pool/hit tub, but the owner responded quickly and had someone over to fix it. We loved the walks to downtown and the quick drive to the beaches. ##### Kim C. We really loved this house -- it had all the attributes of a mid-century Florida bungalow -- single story, painted inside and out with lovely pastel colors, wide-slat screens, etc -- and yet it seemed fully renovated, with all new appliances, doors and windows but in keeping with the mid-century style. The pictures on the VRBO site do not do justice to the interior, it is so more capacious than one would think from them. And the house is definitely fully stocked! Lots of really nice beach chairs and beach towels, and everything one could possibly need to cook great dinners. We have already booked this house for next spring! ##### Claudia C. The pool was incredible for all of us. The shallow area was perfect for my youngest and the deeper part was a favorite for the rest of us. There were plenty of things that helped us feel at home, like hangers in the closet, a small hamper, baskets which were perfect for storing snacks so my crew could find what they need, among others. We had a minor issue our first night but the host and property manager were so quick to take care of our need. Our dog got to travel with us the first time ever and this location was perfect for him! There were dog sheets left so we could cover the sofa where he decided to lay and there was a side gate in the backyard which lead over to a small grassy area so we didn’t have to use the front yard to take him potty.
