Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located desired area. 1 light away from very popular St Lucie West. Owner occupied leasing 1 bedroom for 1,200 monthly x 1 year. Utilities included will have your own refrigerator/freezer in garage. Maid service provided whole house every 2 weeks for no additional charge.
The space
Beautiful 1 bedroom and 1 bath that is private. Utilities included, toilet paper and paper towels will be included. Have 2 very friendly small dogs. (Maltese and shitzhu)
