Largest GOLF VILLA in the PGA Village clubhouse area approximately 1600sf sleeping up to 6 persons (4 adults and 2 kids) with 2 Bedrooms, 1 Sleeping Den with 1 Twin bed, Living Room, 2 Bathrooms, Fully Equipped Kitchen, and an Entertaining Patio. Also, enjoy TVs in all rooms and a large 75-inch Living room Smart TV with Netflix for your favorite shows.  
  
The fully equipped kitchen comes with a stove, oven, over-the-counter convectional microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, pots & pans, cooking/eating utensils, iron, ironing board, ice-bucket, wine glasses, and an extra kitchenette bar with 2 chairs. Large-size dining table seating with 8 dining chairs. You'll have everything you need to cook up a storm and entertain guests.

NOTE - HOUSE RULES:   
• For any extended or far-out stays: If you plan on traveling Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday or Friday to Saturday or over any special event or Holidays or Christmas through Easter or any other peak/shoulder season or booking a stay more than 30 days out, inquire with us before making an instant booking. We do not have any standard rates, and most rates are set only for the next 30 days. We usually do not allow Friday-to-Friday or Saturday-to-Saturday stays unless it is a last-minute booking within a week of arrival. If your stay is a weekly stay, the best option would be if you could travel from Sunday to Sunday instead. A visitor's agreement must be signed after the reservation. The home is very nice and well equipped with smart tv's and good internet. Great location as it's right at the club house within walking distance. Will definitely stay each year during our annual golf outing.
