Any questions I had were answered immediately and the room was spotless when I arrived. They went above and beyond to make their guests feel comfortable by including Apple TV’s with netflix through the unit as well as providing complementary snacks and stocking the bathrooms with lovely scented candles and anything else you would need on a relaxing vacation. Location was also very good. The only draw back was the amount of emails/text messages detailing what needed to be done to both gain access to the condo and upon departure. It took away from the stay worrying whether we did things as instructed or potentially lose security deposit. Receiving a text at 7 am on arrival/departure date a bit over the top.
