Whether you enjoy canoeing, kayaking or fishing, the beautiful Hicks Lake awaits you. And if you're craving a day at the beach, Panama City Beach is just a short 45-minute drive away! But that's not all - you're also just minutes away from several breathtaking natural springs, including Cypress Springs, Vortex Springs, Wiliford Springs, and spring-fed Ecofina Creek
The space
This home offers a charming bed and breakfast ambiance, with a stunning lake view in the backyard and multiple cozy fire pit areas. You can also unwind on the two covered front porch areas, surrounded by the beauty of nature. And if you're a fan of boating or swimming, you'll be thrilled to know that a boat landing and lake beach are just 2 minutes away by car, and an 11-minute walk from the property. There are several kayak/paddleboard options to enjoy while you are visiting. Swing, chairs, picnic table, grill, marshmallow roasting fire pit, 3 open fire pits, sandy shore to enjoy. Bring your tent for a camping night on the lakeshore behind house. Home is children and infant friendly. Pack n Play, baby swing, bassinet, exersaucer are all available for your little one. Many outdoor adventures throughout the area to enjoy. Our guidebook gives you a look into multiple areas. The small town of Vernon has multiple restaurants and a small plaza with 3 great boutiques and places to get pampered. We are so looking forward to you booking with us.

Amazing stay
This property is awesome, lake is beautiful with amazing sunrise. It is off the beaten path so was quiet and very relaxing. The home was very well stocked with comforts like coffee, cookies, snacks. Highly recommend this property.
