The only problem were there were long black hairs all over the bathroom and kitchen floor which was kind of gross, but I'm guessing it was just a one time thing. It was very clean, well appointed and even had raspberries in the back yard! It is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the main street area. All amenities worked properly and there were condiments available. We were in vernal for an overnight baseball tourney and just needed a place to stay that would allow our golden retriever. The house was perfect size and accommodated is perfectly. There was a mess up with the cleaning schedule and the house didn’t get cleaned before arrival. I reached out to the property manager and she responded immediately. She did everything she could to make it right. She sent the cleaning lady over asap. Overall it was a very good experience. The house worked out perfect for us.
