  • Located in the Gers at the crossroads of the 4 departments (Hautes Pyrénées, Pyrénées-Atlantiques, Landes and Gers), this charming farm house has just been renovated. It is located in the heart of a very dynamic farm. We welcome you to this family farm, close to nature, surrounded by large built spaces where the wine industry and livestock farming are in full swing.

    The house is spacious: you will have a living room on the first floor with fireplace and a separate kitchen; upstairs, you will find 4 bedrooms with a double bed of 140x200, two bathrooms and a separate toilet.
    A shared garden will be accessible to you, we assure you of conviviality and benevolence.

    The village is very popular for its hilly landscapes and its walks. Discover our wines from Saint-Mont, Madiran and Pacherenc. The proximity of the Pyrenees combined with the oceanic influence give a richness to these vineyards of the region.

    We recommend various activities to do near Verlus:
    - Marciac and its fabulous jazz festival,
    - Vic-Fezensac and its Tempo Latino festival
    - Nogaro and its Paul Armagnac circuit.

    Verlus is a central point for a stay in the countryside, to discover the treasures and terroir of Gascon and Béarn.

    Location: 15 minutes from exits n°7 and n°8 of the A65, and 45 minutes from Pau or Lourdes airports.

Le charme de l'ancien au rez de chaussée , mais avec une cuisine moderne et fonctionnelle. L'étage a été superbement aménagé : 2 salles de bain avec douches, 3 belles grandes chambres et une un peu plus petite, avec poutres apparentes, literie et linge de lit de qualité.Idéal pour les personnes appréciant l'environnement d'une ferme et l'authenticité de la campagne. Françoise est une hôtesse réactive et répond rapidement aux éventuelles démandes.
