The space
Brand new! Furnished in June.
The house accommodates 4 people or a couple with young children. It faces northeast, has two stories, and boasts an excellent naturist location just 30 metres from the beach with private access.
Access to the beach is via a private courtyard with gardens and a communal barbecue area and playground belonging to the development.
The house is surrounded by wooden fences, making it ideal for those travelling with their pets; the main living room, which is bright and cool thanks to a large window, features a three-seater sofa suitable for children and a 1.35-meter fold-out bed that folds away using the SMARTT system.32-inch TV, a ceiling fan, a dining table with four chairs, and a well-equipped open-concept kitchen with a refrigerator, washing machine, ceramic cooktop, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric juicer, blender, pots, pans, silverware, dishes, and a barbecue, as well as its own Wi-Fi. There is a half-bath on the ground floor.
On the second floor, the bedroom is spacious with a 150 cm double bed, a ceiling fan, and a bathroom with a shower; bedding and towels are also provided. It features another 32" LED TV in the master bedroom.
We provide guests with a beach umbrella, a clothesline, inflatable rings for children, a mini surfboard, and other toys suitable for young children.

Guest access
The “Natura World” development boasts an exclusive beachfront location, next to the Vera Playa Club naturist hotel, and features parking, four large outdoor pools, landscaped areas, a children’s play area, and direct access to the sea from within the complex itself.

Just a few metres from the development is a shopping district with restaurants, pizzerias, an ice cream shop, a supermarket, and nightlife spots—which is very convenient when you want to leave the car behind.

The water park, the Consum supermarket, and a pharmacy are located 400 metres away, and the Mercadona is a 5-minute drive away.
