Located in the Lomas del Mar 1 residential complex, with 2 communal swimming pools + 2 children's pools (open in summer), 1 heated pool (open all year except summer), 2 paddle tennis courts and a children's play area. A large supermarket, bars and restaurants are just a few metres away. Beaches of El Playazo and Puerto Rey are 5 minutes by car.



Spend your holidays in Vera Playa and also visit nearby towns like Villaricos, Garrucha and Mojácar. Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park and Mini Hollywood theme park are just one hour by car.



IMPORTANT: Reasonable electricity consumption up to 15 KWh/day is included. Excess will be charged. For monthly rentals with discount, electricity is NOT included. Pets are allowed (1 per booking). Youth groups are not accepted. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.

El apartamento está muy bien, tiene lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Acerca de la ubicación no es de lo mejor, cerca de la carretera, ruido nocturno por ello. Se necesita coche para ir a la playa. Pero relación precio- calidad adecuada. El apartamento está muy bien. La ubicación es la que es. Subrayar la atención de la agente, una amabilidad exquisita.

Hemos estado súper agusto en el apartamento, la zona comunitaria está muy bien y se puede aparcar en la zona del complejo sin problema. Si volvemos por la zona no dudaremos en repetir.
